A thug raced past a primary school on the wrong side of the road at twice the speed limit as parents picked up their children, a court heard.
Unlicensed danger driver Sam Flanders, aged 29, also jumped a red light on a busy city street in a Range Rover belonging to a suspected drug dealer during a police chase.
He later kicked his partner in the face in breach of a suspended prison sentence, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
