A refugee who fled Iraq to escape reprisals against the regime of Saddam Hussein ended up dealing high-grade cocaine on the streets of Plymouth, a court heard.A judge told Mahmood Kader, aged 24, that his peddling of the drug was a "slap in the face" for the city which gave him a safe haven.Kader was one of several men arrested in a police undercover operation targeting drug dealers, Plymouth Crown Court heard.He fled Iraq after his father was killed for being part of Hussein's regime...
