Police officers will be patrolling at the Stonehouse Creek site this weekend – to stop any car boot sales taking place.
Two unauthorised car boot sales have been held at the car park near to the social club since the company went bust - despite the site being locked up.
Lisa Thomas, from Neville and Co which is dealing with the Stonehouse Creek Community Development Trust's liquidation, said the locks were broken, and police were subsequently called.
