Shocking video footage shows an innocent member of the public being used as a human shield as two men - one armed with a machete - faced off on a Plymouth traveller site this morning.
Police were called following reports of an altercation between two men outside the PDSA animal hospital in William Prance Road, Derriford at 11am on Tuesday.
Travellers set up camp there at the weekend - and there have since been reports of fighting, illegal fires and men chopping up cars with chainsaws.
