Police have sent out an urgent appeal after a vulnerable man went missing from Derriford Hospital.The 32-year-old man, named Ricky Oates by police, went missing from Derriford Hospital at 9.10am today. Ricky is described as white, 6ft tall, large build with short straight dark hair. He wears spectacles and has no teeth.
