A man described in court as one of Plymouth's most "prolific" graffiti taggers for the last 20 years – and claimed he was "one of the best" taggers in his 'local league' – will spend the next three years paying off the damage he caused.
Andrew Balletto, of Valletort Road, appeared at Plymouth Magistrates Court following his arrest earlier this year, on five counts of causing criminal damage with a further three counts taken into consideration.
