A man suspected of cooking crystal meth in a Lipson basement last year has been rebailed again.The 38-year-old man from Exmouth was arrested on the evening of July 6 at a property in Craven Avenue, off Salisbury Avenue.The area was cordoned off and residents evacuated as a bomb disposal team was initially called in.
