A man is to appear at court on Monday charged with burgling a Weston Mill home after he was snapped by the owner.Ryan O'Shea, from North Prospect, was arrested by police following an incident in Buckfast Close on Friday at 1.45pm. O'Shea, aged 32, is alleged to have threatened the homeowner with a pair of scissors before he was forced to leave the property.
