A world record-holding yachtsman from Plymouth who has sailed with some of of the sport's top names is to face a string of fraud charged in court.Peter Berry, who has also gone by the name John Keady, has been charged with seven counts of fraud by misrepresentation, The Herald can reveal.The 51-year-old is to appear before magistrates in Sussex next week to face the charges, which relate to allegations dating back to 2012.Berry, who grew up in Plymouth, once sailed with late American adventurer...
