A woman has been arrested on suspicion of supplying crack cocaine following a drugs raid at a Whitleigh flat.Shortly after 9am today officers in protective gear used a battering ram to enter a property in Brentford Avenue. As the officers, from the Exeter Force Support Group, broke into the semi-detached property, a powder like substance was seen by a 'spotter' officer being thrown from a upper rear window.
