A man is to appear at court next month to accused of scratching graffiti "tags" on glass at a number of city centre shops and bus stops.Andrew Balletto was arrested by police in connection with alleged incidents in the city centre, including at two mobile phone shops and around half a dozen glass bus stops along Royal Parade, on February 23.He was interviewed by police and later charged with five counts of criminal damage.
