TWO men have pleaded guilty to plotting to defraud a luxury boat-making firm.
Michael Honey, aged 51, and 48-year-old John Tinley conspired to siphon money from Princess Yachts, a court heard.
They took part in a scam which saw the company invoiced to pay contractors for work which was not carried out.
Prosecutors claim that the money was instead handed to co-defendants Glyn Thompson and Roger Truen.
Truen, aged 49, has already admitted taking part in the plot.
