A man accused of burgling the home of a pensioner is to stand trial.Mark Lewis, aged 50, denies sneaking into the home of the 80-year-old.He appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to plead not guilty to stealing £50 and a key from the property.Lewis, of George Place, Stonehouse, allegedly burgled the home in Hirmandale Road, St Budeaux, on November 21 last year.Judge Ian Lawrie set down a one-day trial for April 25.Lewis was released on bail until that hearing on condition that he does not enter...
