The trial of a man accused of attacking his partner has been adjourned after he fell ill.Thomas Hughes, aged 28, was due to face a judge and jury at Plymouth Crown Court accused of assault causing actual bodily harm.He has denied assaulting the woman in her home in Southway on November 12 last year.
