POLICE in Plymouth are hunting a shirtless man suspected of stealing two children's bicycles - one of which was specially designed for a disabled youngster.
Three men are being hunted in connection with the theft after neighbours spotted them near the scene.
The incident happened at around 4.14pm yesterday in the Ford Hill area of Stoke.
A witness told police he saw three men with the bikes in the rear service lane behind Ford Hill.
One, who was wearing a red top, is described as around 16 years...
