A man who torched his neighbour's flat and admitted making and distributing indecent images of children has been jailed.Gary Buckland, aged 49, set fire to the property at Valletort Flats which then led evacuation of six flats in the block and caused damage valued at around £20,000.He admitted arson reckless as to whether life was endangered in Stonehouse in June.
