A 27-year-old has again appeared in court accused of battering a man with a concrete lump, a fence post and traffic cone.
Louis Shorthouse appeared at Plymouth Crown Court today
charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent after allegedly assaulting his 54-year-old victim in Geasons Lane in Plympton.
He is alleged to have assaulted the man with a number of weapons, including a lump of concrete, a traffic cone and a fence support.
