A man has been charged after a flat fire in Plymouth yesterday morning.
Martin Williams has been charged with arson with intent following the blaze at the block of flats of Lipstone Crescent.
The 46-year-old will appear at Plymouth Magistrates Court tomorrow, Friday, morning.
Residents were forced to evacuate after the fire broke out on the first floor at about 5am.
