A MAN accused of raping and indecently assaulting a woman is to face a judge and jury.
Robert Lewis, aged 36, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to plead not guilty to two charges.
He denied raping and sexually assaulting the woman between July 2004 and July 2005.
Judge Paul Darlow set down a trial for February 22 next year.
Lewis, of Valley Walk, Glenholt, was released on conditional bail until an interim hearing on November 9. He must not contact the complainant.
