An 80-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of supplying heroin which was understood to have been found in his walking stick.Officers from Plymouth police's proactive team stopped a Vauxhall Astra estate in Crownhill Road at around 10.50am today and a search of the vehicle is understood to have revealed a walking stick.
