Police are investigating claims against a carpet company after a couple say they cancelled an appointment due to losing their unborn baby.
Dean and Charlotte Coutts, from Ernesettle, say they booked a session with Clean Carpets Plymouth in early January, but cancelled after Charlotte suffered a miscarriage and was taken into hospital.
