An angry motorist who confronted a police van parked on yellow lines claims his friend was forced to swerve into oncoming traffic to avoid it.
The man spotted the camera van parked in a restricted area on a Plymouth road, where vehicles aren't allowed to stop between 10am and 2pm.
Whipping out his mobile phone, the man walked up to the van where the back door window was down, and starts speaking to the man inside.
