Thieves have made off with around £10,000 worth of scaffolding equipment from several sites across the city over the past few weeks, say police.Investigators say that between December 12 last year and January 9 a large amount of scaffolding poles, boards and fittings were stolen from building sites at Galliford Try, Skerries Road, Southway and St Marys View, Tamerton Foliot.These items all belonged to one scaffolding firm and have been partially painted with green security paint.
