Police would like help in identifying this woman.
It is hoped she can assist with an ongoing investigation following an incident at around 3.30am on October 29 last year at The Strand in Torquay.
The victim, aged 19 and from Torquay, was walking along The Strand with friends when she was assaulted by another woman.
She sustained a deep cut to her face and it is believed that a weapon of some kind was used.
