A man accused of dealing crack cocaine is to face a judge and jury.Michael Muhire, aged 31, faced a judge to deny possessing three grams of a Class A drug with intent to supply.He was allegedly caught with 17 wraps of cocaine in Ocean Street, Stonehouse, on May 26.Muhire also pleaded not guilty at Plymouth Crown Court to obstructing a constable acting in the execution of his duty that day.Judge Paul Darlow set down a trial to start on April 18.Muhire, of Thurmaston in Leicestershire, was...
