A MAN has been jailed for threatening to slit his ex-partner's throat before turning up at her home armed with four knives.
Warren Ellis, aged 31, kicked the woman's door and banged at her window with a knife in his hand, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
He did not get into the home and was arrested nearby with a lock knife and three kitchen knives with blades of around eight inches.
Recorder Richard Stead jailed him for 15 months.
