A 16-year-old boy from London was arrested by police in a Plymouth street on suspicion of dealing Class A drugs.Police said officers from Plymouth police's Core Tasking Unit were carrying out a police operation in Alma Road, near Upper Knolly's Terrace Lane shortly after midday on Tuesday when they were alerted to an incident.
