A WOMAN screamed abuse at a neighbour she branded a "grass" for making a complaint of drink-driving against her boyfriend.
Toni Blake, aged 33, shouted insults outside the man's house and kicked his car in a 30-minute tirade, Plymouth Crown Court heard.
But she need not have bothered because police did not end up prosecuting her partner.
A judge told her it was an "extremely unpleasant offence".
