Thoughtless vandals have spray painted a bullock living on private land using an NKS graffiti tag - and one cow tragically aborted its foetus because of stress related to the attack.
The vandalism was discovered at Lympstone Common, on Woodbury Common, yesterday.
It is thought the incident tookn place at some point on Wednesday.
The owner of the animals and the land, John Garratt of Squabmoor Farm, said he was very upset and shocked by the discovery.
