A 25-year-old man arrested on suspicion of raping a Saltash teenager has been released with no further action to be taken against him.The incident was alleged to have taken place in a park off Silver Street between midnight on Friday October 28 and 1.20am on Saturday October 29 last year. A 25-year-old man from Plymouth was arrested on suspicion of rape on Saturday October 29 and following questioning released on police bail until earlier this week as detectives carried out further inquiries....
