A man has been charged in connection with burglaries of shops and a home in which valuables worth thousands of pounds were stolen.Mark Carpenter, aged 39, appeared at Plymouth Magistrates' Court accused of breaking into properties in Plymstock.Carpenter, of Elliott Road, Prince Rock, is charged with burglary of a home in Pomphlett Road on December 7.He also allegedly burgled a Co-op store in Plymstock on December 9.Carpenter, appearing from the cells, did not enter any pleas.District Judge Kevin...
