A video production company has come forward claiming they are owed money by the charity behind the Palace Theatre renovation project.
Kirry and Jamie Hollett, who run Plymouth-based Enigma Eye say they have not yet been paid £450 for a film they produced inside the historic Union Street building - though figures at the centre of the project deny that is the case.
