A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after police discovered the body of a man in a Union Street flat.
Plymouth detectives say the 35-year-old was arrested in the early hours of today at an undisclosed location in Bristol. He has been taken to police station in Bristol before being transported to Charles Cross police station in Plymouth where he will be interviewed by Plymouth detectives.
