Police investigating the death of a man at a block of flats in Plymouth say they are linking it to a missing persons report.
Shopkeepers in Union Street said police began to arrive at a block of flats at 59 Union Street from around 9am today, although investigators say they did not force entry into one of the flats until around 11am.
