DEVON and Cornwall Police are facing a funding "catastrophe" warn the region's Crime Tsar.
As part of an ongoing campaign for fairer funding for the region from the Home Office, Police and Crime Commissioner Tony Hogg has been banging the drum over dangers the force faces with an even smaller budget.
