Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder as police have released the name of the man found dead in a rubbish bin.The body of 30-year-old James Woodhouse was found outside a property in Okehampton Road, Exeter, on November 21. Police say Mr Woodhouse originated from North West England but had resided in the Exeter area for the past seven years. His next of kin have been informed of his death.
