A fly-tipper from Plymouth faces a court bill of £2,000 after the waste he dumped in the countryside was spotted by the family that had paid him to remove it.Joseph Buckingham, of Woodend Road, Plymouth pleaded guilty at Bodmin Magistrates' Court on Wednesday to fly-tipping in a country lane just outside Bodmin in March this year.
