A man accused of dealing heroin is to face trial.Nicholas Gill, aged 43, appeared at Plymouth Crown Court to deny possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply. He was caught with heroin on April 26.Gill, of Union Street, pleaded guilty to the alternative charge of possessing the drug for personal use.Judge Ian Lawrie set a trial to last up to two days for December 6.
