Police are appealing for witnesses after a 13-year-old boy was pushed to the ground and kicked in an unprovoked attack in Plymouth. The boy, who is from the city, suffered bruising to his head during the assault, which happened near the TSB bank and Roopnagor takeaway on Wolseley Road on Saturday, October 1.
