Police are investigating a possible arson outside a city centre coffee shop.Fire crews were called to the Barista Brothers coffee shop on Armada Way at about 6am on October 6 after fire damage was caused to an umbrella, decking and furniture.Police are keen to trace a man seen in the area at the time.
