Police are urging motorists to keep valuables out of sight after they linked two thefts which saw stolen credit cards used to top-up mobile phones.The first incident saw a white Vauxhall Mokka broken into in Ringmore Way, West Park, sometime between 8pm on Friday September 16 and 6.55am the following morning.
