A WOMAN who denies exploiting a prostitute in Plymouth is unlikely to face prosecution.
Sunata Swrichai, aged 36, appeared before a judge charged with controlling a woman to act as a prostitute in expectation of gain between June 1 and June 3.
Swrichai, of Durnford Street, Stonehouse, pleaded not guilty to the allegation.
Deni Mathews, for the Crown Prosecution Service, said the case would not go to trial through lack of evidence.
