Three teenagers have been arrested following a spate of break-ins to commercial premises in south Devon.It follows 18 incidents in 10 separate towns between June 9 and June 12 in which the small businesses, mainly cafes and hairdressers, were targeted.Police believe that all 18 incidents are linked, with on at least four occasions the burglaries being successful.At this stage losses to businesses include at least £710 in cash and valuable hairdressing equipment and hair products.It is...
