A MAN caught with drugs and a cosh in a car has narrowly avoided going to prison.Zachary Ben-Abdalla, aged 24, was collared by police in a Vauxhall Astra smelling strongly of cannabis, Plymouth Crown Court heard.Ben-Abdalla, of St Leonards on Sea in East Sussex, admitted possession of an offensive weapon on May 5.He also pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug.The court heard he had convictions for possession of a bladed article and possession of cannabis.Nigel Wraith, for the Crown...
