A MAN faces prison for abducting a girl.
Michael Rowe, aged 38, pleaded guilty to detaining a child under 16 without lawful authority or reasonable excuse on June 16.
Rowe, of Morice Street, Devonport, kept the girl out of the lawful control of those with the proper authority.
Ali Rafati, for Rowe, asked for a probation report to be prepared on his background.
