A MAN has been cleared of sexually assaulting a woman.Gregory Baser, aged 58, fought back the tears as a jury acquitted him of deliberately touching the woman indecently over her clothing without her consent.He said that any contact was accidental as they hugged.Mr Baser, of Raglan Road, Devonport, denied sexual assault on December 18 when he appeared at Plymouth Crown Court.He was found not guilty by unanimous verdict after a day-long trial.READ NEXT: ROBBERY BID THUG DROVE DANGEROUSLY
