TWO armed thugs who clashed in the street have avoided going to jail.Lee Nolan, aged 48, carrying a baseball bat, and 27-year-old Shane Sweet, holding a chain, confronted each other in a row over a damaged motorcycle, a court heard.Both men had denied affray, or threatening or using violence in public.
