A MAN faces jail for breaching a suspended prison sentence.
Lancelot Dube, aged 24, pleaded guilty before Plymouth magistrates to breaching a non-molestation order on December 8.
The offence puts him in breach of a suspended prison sentence imposed at the city's Crown Court in October for offences of assault causing actual bodily harm and common assault.
Magistrates sent Dube back to face a judge – who must impose the suspended term unless it is deemed unjust to do so.
