A MAN has appeared in court accused of attacking and injuring a teenage girl.
Eli Harold, aged 21, faced Plymouth magistrates charged with assault causing actual bodily harm.
He allegedly attacked 19-year-old Jade Murphy on October 4.
Harold indicated "no plea" to the charge.
Magistrates ruled that the case was so serious that it should be heard at Plymouth Crown Court.
