A MAN was allegedly caught with heroin with a street value of £43,000, a court has heard.
Colin Reeve, aged 34, was stopped with 440 grams of the drug in his rucksack, Plymouth magistrates were told.
He has been charged with possessing a controlled drug of Class A with intent to supply on November 22.
Reeve, of Keswick Crescent, Estover, is also accused of possessing 97 grams of crack cocaine with intent to supply.
